Report someone on TEN
In the app: long-press their message, tap ⋯ in a chat, or use Report on their profile. You're unmatched straight away and they're never told who reported them.
A person reads every report. We aim to decide within 24 hours, and within 4 hours where someone says a meeting was unsafe or that a user is under 18.
If you can't get into the app, email safety@tendating.co.uk.
Help with your account
Email support@tendating.co.uk for anything else — signing in, subscriptions, or a problem with the app.
To delete your account and everything in it: Profile → Settings → Delete account. It cannot be undone.
Appeals
If your account is banned you'll be told when you try to sign in, and you can appeal once from that screen. A person looks again at the original report and replies by email.
Data requests
To ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, email support@tendating.co.uk. See the privacy policy for what we hold and for how long.
